gonna try the friday 6/monday 8 routines cos looks like fun, and to see if i can hang with the ES
watched japan play nz maori last weekend, and japan was ahead at halftime 22-17 (which is a mighty effort cos the maori are a total quality team) but then capitulated as maori put 40+ on them in the second half and took it out 60-22 or something like that.
let you know how the circuit and stride outs go.
